Strategic Advisor - Defence Science and Technology

The Strategic Advisor is part of a small team responsible for supporting the Chief Defence Scientist (CDS) in delivering innovation, science, and technology for Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic, technical, and administrative support to CDS in preparation for enterprise committee meetings, including Investment Committee and Enterprise Business Committee.
  • Supervising and supporting the Enterprise Committees Officer, with responsibility for coordinating Freedom of Information requests for the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG).

About Our Team

The team includes a Senior Adviser, Adviser, and Officer. We provide support to the Chief Defence Scientist and Defence Science and Technology Group in delivering innovation, science, and technology for Defence.
