Job Overview

The role of a Senior Digital Channel Manager is to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. This involves overseeing the development of digital experiences across owned and paid media channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and website analytics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing a multi-year digital roadmap and plan for a new website that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Executing and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social, email, and content marketing.
  • Managing team workflows and delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively.
  • Producing, publishing, and removing content to improve organic search performance and user experience.
  • Coaching social media teams and leading social content strategies to improve brand resonance with target audiences.
  • Driving high-quality traffic and conversions through paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Nurturing leads through automated marketing sequences, retargeting strategies, and personalised content journeys.
  • Improving organic search visibility through technical SEO audits, keyword research, and content optimisation strategies.
  • Enhancing website performance, landing page effectiveness, and form conversions through A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
  • Tracking key performance indicators, user behaviour, and campaign performance using data visualisation tools.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • A leader with 10+ years of digital experience, commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience leading teams and collaborating with senior business stakeholders.
  • Martech expertise across digital channels, workflow management, and commercial budget management skills.
