Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Content Lead to oversee the creation and delivery of high-performing content across various digital channels.

This role involves leading a team of Content Designers and a Digital Copywriter, ensuring content is customer-centric, accessible, and aligned with brand and SEO best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering content for major initiatives such as product launches, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Digital Content Lead and/or Senior Content Designer defining, creating and leading the delivery of digital content.
  • Proven experience delivering sales and service outcomes via digital content in a retail environment.
  • A strong understanding of UX and designing and iterating digital content experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team through delivery in an Agile environment.
