Digital Experience Leader

RACV is seeking a senior digital leader to shape the future of our mobile and authenticated digital experiences. This is a strategic role focused on delivering seamless, engaging experiences that drive member satisfaction, digital adoption, and business outcomes.
The successful candidate will own the strategy, vision and performance of the RACV App and Member Online Account, setting the direction for how millions of members engage with our brand every day.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a product roadmap to deliver exceptional user experiences across multiple channels.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams in a corporate DevOps environment to ensure efficient delivery and scalability.
- Drive adoption, sales and self-service through digital channels, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Significant experience in a similar role, leading mobile app strategy and delivery at scale.
- 10+ years' experience in digital product leadership, spanning strategy, design, build and optimisation.
- Proven track record in product strategy, UX design and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
