Lead Digital Experiences

We are seeking a Digital Experience Leader to drive the design of intuitive, intelligent, and inclusive digital experiences.

You will work in a cross-functional experience squad to drive member engagement, partner value, and commercial outcomes across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy through workshops and co-design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute high-impact features that drive engagement and retention.
  • Use real-time data and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across touchpoints.
Requirements
  • End-to-End Product Design: Proven experience designing products end-to-end in cross-functional teams.
  • Member-Centric Design Thinking: Track record of designing experiences that drive engagement, retention, and emotional connection with customers.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to translate insights into prototypes and iterate based on feedback, analytics, and testing.
