Music Instructor Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a skilled Music Instructor to teach singing and piano to students of all ages and levels.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual who is comfortable teaching contemporary and musical theatre voice students, guiding them to achieve their goals as either professionals or passionate amateurs.

The successful applicant will also be competent to teach piano to students of all ages, helping them become proficient in a variety of styles.

This is a casual (hourly) position offered for the longer term. We welcome applications from suitably qualified individuals who are happy to work flexible hours, including day shifts and shift work.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach singing and piano lessons to students of all ages and levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in music education or a related field
  • Experience teaching singing and/or piano to students of all ages and levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day shifts and shift work
