Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced music educator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education to students, developing partnerships with external organisations, and contributing to the school's values and ethos.

  • Duties include teaching music classes, leading ensembles and providing instrumental lessons.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music education principles and practices, as well as experience working with students, staff, and parents in a school environment.

The successful applicant will be a creative and initiative-taking individual who is committed to providing exceptional music education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card, be eligible to work in Australia, and have a commitment to the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

  • Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with students, staff and parents, experience working in a school environment
