We're seeking a Print Music Specialist with a love for music, a talent for customer service, and a flair for creating inspiring in-store experiences. If you're looking for a music retail job where you can connect with customers, share your passion, and work with premium musical products, this role is for you.

Role Highlights

  • Customer Service: Greet, assist, and guide customers to the right sheet music and products for their needs, from beginners to professionals.
  • Music Retail Expertise: Manage our extensive print music collection, keeping it current, organised, and appealing.
  • Sales & Relationship Building: Meet sales goals by building strong customer relationships and offering tailored solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Work with local schools, teachers, and music organisations to promote our products and services.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a visually inspiring retail space that reflects the quality of our products.
  • Event Support: Assist with in-store events, workshops, and product showcases.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for music and music education (piano skills are a plus, but not essential).
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally in a premium or music-related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
