We offer to you a position as one of the faces to our company – as a salesperson and professional concierge, on a flexible basis. Full-time, Part-time, and Casual positions are being offered to competent players of the Violin, Cello, Viola, and Double Bass.

About You:

  • Ability to play and demonstrate your chosen instrument (violin, cello, viola, or bass)
  • Flexible, and positive work attitude.
  • Proactive in starting, and following up on tasks and duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience is highly favourable.
  • Multilingual applicants will also be greatly considered.
  • Holding a current Driver's License is also very helpful.
  • Availability to work across a 7 day roster.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative retail tasks
  • Assisting customers to select instruments and accessories
  • Assisting with displays and merchandising
  • Picking, packing and sending online orders
  • Communicating with local schools and professionals seeking our services.
  • Participate in content creation for our website and social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Advertising and outreach to conferences and programs.
  • Communicating effectively across our four Vivace Music stores, our suppliers, and our associates.
  • Maintain the presentation of the business, both in-store, and online.
