**Job Opportunity:** Claims Service Consultant Level 1

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Consultant to manage a national portfolio of motor claims and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment, and will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a national portfolio of motor claims with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Confidence to learn and use different systems and software, adapting to new technology and processes as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role
  • Team player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
