We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim data and information in a thorough and efficient manner.
- Provide high-quality customer support by actively listening and showing empathy.
- Determine low-risk claims and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Educate stakeholders on Return to Work processes and legislative requirements.
- Support internal stakeholders with claims management tasks.
Requirements:
- Recent work experience in customer service or administration is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills are necessary.
- Previous claims management experience is an advantage.
