About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in claims management, with a strong focus on customer service and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of claims, prioritizing timely resolutions that achieve optimal outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building trust through effective communication.
- Negotiate with claimants and solicitors to resolve disputes and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Implement strategies to minimize claim duration and costs, leveraging expertise in quantum and estimates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop action plans for file direction and drive positive commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in CTP or workers' compensation claims management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and build trust.
- Strong administrative and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong commitment to integrity, passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a focus on driving positive commercial outcomes.
