About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and making a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and driving Return-to-Work (RTW) plans in conjunction with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will also collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists, and other technical experts to manage a portfolio of claims, providing accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Create and drive RTW plans in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders to ensure effective return-to-work outcomes
  2. Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical experts to manage a portfolio of claims
  3. Conduct purposeful community-based visits inclusive of but not limited to worksites or medical clinics on initial triage of a claim and at significant milestones during the life of the claim
  4. Provide accurate and clear information, ensuring both parties have a comprehensive understanding of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and capacity
About You
  1. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a face-to-face setting
  2. Able to build trust and work effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders from various backgrounds
  3. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes
  4. Demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and quick response to changing situations
  5. Excellent computer and records management skills
  6. Current driver's license and a 4-star ANCAP rating vehicle
