This role requires local leadership to oversee the nursing and midwifery education portfolio. It involves managing educational programs, facilitating learning, and assessing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver education programs aligned with learner needs.
- Manage the Gradstart Program and facility-delivered education and training programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive clinical practice and workplace culture change.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and lead change within clinical practice and workplace culture.
Selection Criteria:- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and implement change within clinical practice and workplace culture.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and assessment methods.
- Competency in education delivery and facilitation using various tools and technologies.
- Ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate education programs achieving outcomes.
- Awareness of current issues in nursing practice and staff education development.
