The primary goal of this role is to provide strategic leadership for the hospital's Nursing & Midwifery Education Unit, overseeing the education portfolio. This includes managing programs such as the Gradstart Program and facility-delivered education and training initiatives within the hospital and community health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, deliver, and evaluate education programs aligned with learner needs and achieving desired outcomes.
- Manage the Gradstart Program and other education initiatives within the hospital and community health services.
- Oversee the nursing and midwifery education portfolio, including developing and implementing education strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders across various healthcare systems to advance nursing and midwifery practice.
- Qualifications: A Registered Nurse/Midwife with relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Registration: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional authority.
