About the Role
This position involves being the face of Workskil Australia, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. Your excellent communication skills and experience in a reception or front of house role will enable you to effectively manage inquiries and provide operational support to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality customer service to a diverse range of clients
- Managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate area in a timely manner
- Using your administrative skills to provide operational support to your team

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a busy reception or front of house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
