  • Determine customers' needs and suggest relevant products by listening to their concerns and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
  • Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service by educating customers about beauty and skincare products, and operating POS systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage customer feedback and queries, and participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, and professional team environment by staying up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns.
  • Perform operational duties such as cash handling, restocking, and replenishing products.

Requirements:

  • A love of beauty products and a passion for skincare.
  • Ability to engage customers and apply products while providing consultations.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
