Team Lead - In-Room Dining

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional in-room dining experiences for our guests.

  • The successful candidate will inspire and lead a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture that reflects our commitment to high standards and exceptional service.
  • Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, guaranteeing adherence to service standards, departmental policies, and hotel procedures.
Key Skills:
  • A General Education Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management with a focus on Restaurant Management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Symphony or Seven Rooms.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a passion for guest relations.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
