\About the Role
  • Assist with meal preparation, providing a quality dining service, and supporting residents as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with your peers to maintain a cooperative team spirit.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.
\Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Desirable but not essential: Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
