Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to fill the role of Section Waiters, Runners, Bartenders & Hosts.

Successful applicants will hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card, be well presented, and have previous experience in a premium/fine dining environment. An eagerness to expand their beverage knowledge focusing on wine and sake would make this role an excellent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a dynamic team to provide a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting specials
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fine dining environment
  • Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of beverages and wine appreciation
