As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to uphold catering standards, ensuring compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations while minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our discerning customers
  • Manage inventory, receive supplies, and monitor cold room controls to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions, fostering a positive experience for Defence personnel

Requirements :

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, allergen management, and food safety protocols
  • Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation, attention to detail, and consistency
  • Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success, with a willingness to learn and grow
