Deliver Exceptional Dining Experiences

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across our vibrant restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be at the heart of our guest experience delivering exceptional service, showcasing our food and drinks, and helping create memorable moments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
  • Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar or room service) is a plus - but we're happy to train the right people
  • Current NSW RSA certification.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • A genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
