Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our hospitality team at The Star Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Anticipate guests' needs to understand their preferences and provide personalized service and recommendations
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area
Requirements
  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant with the ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
