
Senior Claims Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Claims Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in claims management and customer service.
- Review and identify claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring correct outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and draft appropriate documentation for stakeholders when required.
- Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment.
- Ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
