**About the Role**:

We are seeking an organised and adaptable Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Chester Hill. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our service providers and patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and respond to their enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist service providers with appointment bookings, payments processing, accounts billings/reconciliation/receivables/payables.
- Maintain centre facilities, including ordering and storage of office supplies and stock items.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
