Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy health records
  • Manage databases and information management systems
  • Perform filing and photocopying tasks, as well as ordering stationery as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to obtain patient information

Requirements:

  • High levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior
  • Minimum 1 year full-time experience in an administrative role (or part-time equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service-focused environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients
