Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Provide efficient and effective cleaning services to equipment loan pools in accordance with healthcare policies and standards.
  • Ensure clean, hygienic, and safe equipment is provided to clients, carers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain equipment in line with environmental health guidelines.
  • Hold a current Class C driver's licence or equivalent.
  • Comply with workplace safety legislation and infection control principles.
  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance within a healthcare environment or similar industry.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills with problem-solving and time management abilities.
