Global Payroll Process Strategist

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the development of end-to-end payroll processes globally.
The ideal candidate possesses strong process ownership and management methodologies, with expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques. Experience in full end-to-end process design is also crucial.
Key responsibilities include setting and implementing global vision and strategy for payroll processes, establishing targets and KPIs to drive performance, and running process boards to agree on transformation roadmaps.
Benchmarking processes against best practices and identifying gaps are essential skills, as well as defining global process taxonomy and ensuring alignment between payroll processes and adjacent functions.
