Pivotal Role in Global Payroll Operations

A key opportunity to lead international payroll operations, overseeing all aspects of global payroll functions. This position will guide you in ensuring employees across multiple jurisdictions are compensated accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local, national, and international regulations.

In this strategic role, you will act as a critical partner to Finance, HR, and Operations teams, leveraging expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and process optimization. Your ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement will help shape best practices across the global payroll function.

  • Oversee and approve regular pay runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and reconciliation.
  • Lead an onshore Melbourne-based payroll compliance team and oversee payroll operations conducted by our Manila-based team.
  • Drive initiatives to improve and enhance payroll processes.
  • Evaluate the performance of the Australia & New Zealand managed service provider to ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met.
  • Oversee the transition of Asian countries to the global managed service provider, ensuring effective delivery and strong relationships.
  • Implement future global managed payroll services, serving as the ultimate owner of these services.
