Global Payroll Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Strategist to oversee all payroll processes and lead our global payroll team to success.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of day-to-day payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead the global payroll team through clear and supportive leadership, fostering collaboration and getting the best out of the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team by providing development opportunities and empowering team members to make decisions and innovate.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead key transformation projects (c. 30% time) and ensure seamless execution.
