Job Description:

The Project Officer role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements within the Housing Portfolio Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining project reporting and documentation processes to ensure updates align with QMS requirements for managers, directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Applying knowledge of administrative requirements and business priorities to effectively manage tasks and drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide advice, and enhance best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement across systems and documentation.
  • Managing assigned projects using project management principles, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and applying risk management measures.
  • Analysing and reporting on systems and processes for efficiency, cost, and quality, documenting lessons learned and contributing to ongoing business process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, project coordination and management skills, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
