Business Analyst Leadership Opportunity

Talenza is seeking experienced Business Analysts to lead analysis activities across multiple workstreams, driving business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and solution validation.

  • Lead core analysis activities across diverse stakeholder groups, translating capabilities into clear test cases and maintaining traceability.
  • Manage complex workshops with stakeholder groups, shaping future-state processes and owning end-to-end business lifecycle analysis.
  • Support test and release planning with clear business-driven outcomes, enabling effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Demonstrated capability in running complex stakeholder workshops.
  • Strong understanding of BABOK-aligned practices.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
