About the Opportunity

Aegina Business Solutions is proud to partner with a leading NSW Government agency. We are looking for 2x highly skilled Senior Project Managers to deliver transformation initiatives that will shape systems, processes, and culture across the organisation.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives. You will be responsible for planning, governance, and delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive organisational adoption and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver large-scale transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Manage governance, risk, budget, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive change management to support successful adoption.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across diverse business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are achieved.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering transformation/change projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder, high-profile initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience within government or complex organisations highly desirable.
