Business Process Optimization Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the optimization and governance of key business processes within our finance team.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of process and systems across operations and finance, including Portfolio & Project Management, Asset & Services Management, Automated Work Management, Hire to Retire, Pay Cost Bill, Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash, and Finance to Manage.

As a Business Process Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading process and system governance for key business processes
  • Developing compliance metrics and reporting for key business processes
  • Driving standardization programs in finance processes
  • Managing business requirements for system/process improvements and change requests

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with functions to develop compliance metrics and reporting for key business processes, and influence contract set up approach through introducing mobilisation checklists and establishing key points of contact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong financial accounting and reporting skills
  • Experience working within a large complex organization
