Senior Business Process Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory, solution delivery, and client engagement services to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging your deep domain knowledge in the ServiceNow space to drive key outcomes for our practice and clients. This includes analyzing and improving client business processes, collaborating with clients to understand their operational challenges, and designing effective solutions aligned to platform capabilities and business requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to hosting requirements workshops, helping with solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and hyper care activities. You will also support pre-sales activities alongside our sales team and ServiceNow leadership team.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST, and SOAP communication protocols. You should also have certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more CIS certifications such as CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM. Additionally, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of organization, and time management, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve client business processes using ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and design effective solutions
  • Leverage consultancy skills on business process design, configuration, and optimization
  • Lead projects and dedicated teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful implementation
  • Support pre-sales activities alongside our sales team and ServiceNow leadership team
Requirements:
