Senior Business Process Expert

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Process Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
The ideal candidate will have strong logical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Develop process maps, user stories, and other documentation to support business analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills with a methodical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Proven experience in writing clear and structured documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be an added advantage.
