About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive aftermarket growth and customer satisfaction in our Industrial Lifting Equipment division. As an Industrial Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase parts sales, improve distribution network efficiency, and enhance customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive aftermarket sales growth through strategic planning and collaboration with dealers, marketing, and pricing teams.
  • Strengthen aftermarket processes by working closely with dealers, 3PLs, and internal teams to optimize parts sales and customer support.
  • Ensure exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of our equipment, from order to replacement, by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve service workflows.
Requirements
  • A background in aftermarket sales, customer service, or relationship management in the industrial or equipment sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex dealer and customer relationships.
  • An understanding of service management, 3PL distribution networks, and customer needs.
What We Offer
