Established for over 60 years, Plush Sofas is a leading brand in the Australian furniture industry.
We have expanded our presence through the acquisition of Plush Sofas and now operate over 110 showrooms across Australia and New Zealand.
Job Overview:This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Prospect team as a Sales Consultant.
You will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and create memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to create an optimal Plush Sofas experience.
- Sales Performance: Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
- Sales Strategies: Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.
- Showroom Standards: Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm, particularly during busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- An open mindset, eager to learn and demonstrate growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexible working models available, ranging from 2 to 5 days a week, promoting work-life balance.
