
Industrial Equipment Sales Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Industrial Equipment Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with dealers and customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our industrial equipment sales efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in aftermarket sales, customer service, and relationship management will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Parts Sales Growth & Relationship Management (30%): Drive sales growth through strategic planning, collaborate with dealers, marketing, and pricing teams to optimize sales strategies, and develop targeted campaigns to increase market share.
- 3PL & Dealer Support (30%): Strengthen aftermarket processes by working closely with dealers, Regional PDCs, and local 3PLs to enhance parts sales and customer support, improving distribution network efficiency and meeting service level agreements.
- Customer Success & Satisfaction (30%): Ensure exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of the truck, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve service workflows, achieving high customer satisfaction, increased market share, and strong retention rates.
- Execution of Customer Care & Customer Centricity (10%): Monitor customer health through regular scorecards and feedback, advocating for customer needs while relaying insights to improve service and satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams and dealers to implement actions that enhance customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.
You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complex dealer and customer relationships, identify problems for customers, and provide solutions. An understanding of service management, 3PL distribution networks, and customer needs will be key, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as operations. Your focus on delivering exceptional experiences, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving regional profitability goals will drive your success in this role.
