Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Prospect team at Plush Sofas, a leading Australian furniture industry organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal Plush Sofas experience for our valued customers.
  • Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in selling furniture or high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, or luxury goods.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods, to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration, to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
