Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to support the delivery of residential project campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, marketing, and design, looking to build a long-term career in property development.

  • The key responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaign execution, sales activities coordination, brochures, EDMs, signage, and social media content creation. Liaising with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency is crucial.
  • Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years' experience in property, real estate, or marketing, strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills, proficiency in Canva and confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Mandarin language skills, and house & land package experience are highly regarded.
  • A solid understanding of real estate sales processes, previous experience in Sales & Marketing roles within the real estate industry is an advantage, as well as a collaborative team culture and exposure to the full project marketing cycle.
