Role Description
Associate Buyers Agent – Full-Time Hybrid Role
My Property Guy is looking for a dedicated Associate Buyers Agent to join our team in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility for some remote work.
About the Role
As an Associate Buyers Agent, you will:
➔ Make calls and liaise with real estate agents to source properties that align with client briefs.
➔ Interpret and understand client needs, providing tailored property recommendations and ensuring their goals are met.
➔ Negotiate on behalf of clients during residential real estate transactions to secure the best possible outcomes.
➔ Work closely under the Managing Director to support key transactions and ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
➔ Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.
➔ Assist with client communication throughout the buying journey, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
➔ Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
➔ Prepare property reports, client briefs, and transaction documents to ensure compliance and clarity.
➔ Support the Managing Director with administrative tasks related to property acquisitions and business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
➔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
➔ Proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector.
➔ Experience in residential real estate transactions and buyer representation.
➔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
➔ A Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
➔ In-depth understanding of the Sydney real estate market.
➔ Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions for clients.
➔ Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
