Job Title: Property Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Property Associate to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property management and want to take their career to the next level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Show properties to prospective tenants
  • Process applications and screen prospective tenants
  • Prepare Residential Tenancy Agreements
  • Conduct and complete Condition Reports
  • Follow up on tenant arrears
  • Resolve and manage maintenance issues
  • Liaise with tenants daily
  • Issue notices for termination or rental increases
  • Undertake routine property inspections

Requirements:

  • A strong background in property management
  • A current Certificate of Registration (or equivalent)
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of written and verbal communication
