This position has been created as a result of the growth of our business and we are looking to welcome someone who is energetic and motivated to provide exceptional administrative support to our stakeholders (Owners Corporations), working directly alongside our Finance Manager.

Precise Property have 3 offices, located in the Port Stephens region (Nelson Bay), Northern Beaches, Sydney and Byron Bay which all work closely together. This gives our clients the benefits associated with a larger size business while keeping it small enough to still have good old fashioned and truly personalised service.

**Enough about us What does the opportunity involve?**
We are offering a full-time position Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm (or as otherwise negotiated). There is a possibility that long term you might see interest to evolve your career within our Strata team or even "find your calling" in one of our other property divisions.
**THE ROLE**
You will be responsible for delivering quality services to our clients, as well as any assistance under direction of Strata Managers. This position requires you to demonstrate initiative, follow direction and process, be proactive & anticipate areas where services are needed, as well as maintain a remarkably high standard of communication when liaising with clients.
**What's a day in this role involve?**
- Financial and administrative functions associated with managing a Strata portfolio working with an experienced team with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client experience.
- Onboarding new buildings, new owners, contractors, suppliers etc.
- Maintain client data within software programs ensuring its accuracy.
- Assist with daily banking functions & reconciliations.
- Records maintenance, both hard copy and electronic filing
- Take incoming and make outgoing phone calls relating to the portfolio and as directed by the Finance and Strata Managers. You would use your initiative to answer clients queries where able to draw on your knowledge and experience.
- Comply with general office policies, procedures, and all legal requirements
**To be successful in this role you ideally will be;**
- not essential (but will give you a great head start) - 2 plus years' clerical or customer service experience
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills, including being able to liaise clearly and resolve issues promptly
- Proven resilience & the ability to work under pressure
- Strong administrative skills, with a high attention to detail & the ability to multitask
- Understands the importance of providing accurate advice and delivery within set time frames
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Maturity, effective communication skills and a team player
- Willingness to form a basic knowledge of Strata to answer routine queries
- Ideally a Northern Beaches local as we wouldn't want a commute to tarnish your day

- Computer and financial reporting literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
