Internal Communication Lead

The primary objective of this role is to develop and deliver strategic internal communication across our global network.

As a key member of the Strategic Communication & Brand team, you will be responsible for leading employee communication programs that build business awareness, understanding, and engagement.

Key aspects of this position include leading organisation-wide internal communications and employee engagement programs across multiple channels to diverse audiences and cultures.

You will have experience in project management with the ability to work towards achieving agreed outcomes, as well as high-quality writing skills to coach others in effective written communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creative mindset to explore better ways of doing things and lead initiatives with support from your leader.
