Job Title: Internal Communications Manager, Transformation

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled and experienced internal communications professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will be responsible for developing and leading internal communications strategies that engage and inspire employees.

Your primary focus will be on the Transformation Program, which aims to drive cultural change and improve business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver communication strategies that bring the program to life and support employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead internal communications strategies that align with the Transformation Program's objectives
  • Work with Senior Manager Internal Communications, Transformation, and Change Managers to identify and develop communication strategies that support employee understanding and engagement
  • Contribute to intranet articles, newsletter articles, and presentation packs to ensure a cohesive transformation narrative across the enterprise
  • Support stakeholder communications and communicate specific changes relevant to impacted divisions
About You

We are seeking an individual with significant experience in internal communications within program/change communication roles in medium to large, complex organizations. You should have a proven ability to lead the design and delivery of communication strategies in complex programs and work effectively in an Agile environment.

You will demonstrate creativity and innovation in communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with change professionals and diverse team members. Strong planning and prioritization skills are essential, with the ability to organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands.

Tech-savviness is also required, with proficiency in systems, software, databases, presentation, reporting, and communication tools, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft tools.
