Reporting to the Head of Public Affairs, the Media & Corporate Communications Advisor is responsible for sharing Brisbane Airport's story in alignment with the strategic initiatives and priorities identified in its business plan. This role provides media relations advice to all business units, corporate communications, crisis and issues management assistance, and general communications expertise. It supports the Media and Corporate Communications Manager with day-to-day media relations and public relations outreach, creates engaging digital content, shapes the organisation's key public messaging and develops required publications. The role also helps develop content across social platforms and channels and supports business units in delivering media communications plans.

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field, with several years of media and/or corporate communications experience. You will have exemplary written communication skills and a history of producing quality communication products for various channels, purposes and audiences in an accurate, timely, consistent and customer-focused manner.

We are seeking a motivated individual capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Previous airline or airport experience would be great, but if you thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities, we would love to hear from you—the day in the life at Brisbane Airport is dynamic.
