**The Opportunity**

As the
**Internal Communication & Reputation Manager**, reporting to the Head of Strategic Communication & Brand, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic and impactful internal communication across Icon Group's global network, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while supporting a thriving culture.

Together with our Internal Communication team, you'll provide insightful communication advice and support to Icon's executive and senior leaders, developing and delivering employee communication programs that build business awareness, understanding and engagement.

You'll also guide and lead the purposeful development of strategic, audience-focused creative content that articulates Icon's Be Iconic narrative to inspire, unite and empower Icon's employees.

Joining on a
**permanent full-time basis** in our
**South Brisbane** head office, you'll play a key part in:

- Leading the Internal Communication team to deliver internal communications, aligned to Icon's narrative, mission, strategic and reputational goals
- Building trusted working relationships to effectively partner, collaborate and communicate with the Executive and Senior Leadership team, key stakeholders and peers, to help drive business strategy and best practice communication outcomes
- Overseeing the management and development of creative, multi-channel content for diverse internal audiences in line with Group and divisional programs and projects and consistent with Icon Group strategy, values, and brand
- Reviewing and assessing communication outcomes, guiding continual improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation

**About You**
- Experience leading and developing effective organisation-wide internal communications and employee engagement programs across multiple channels to diverse audiences and cultures
- Highly collaborative team player who values the importance of trusted working relationships
- Proven ability to influence and provide strategic advice to a wide range of stakeholders from the executive and senior leadership teams to field based managers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work towards achieving agreed outcomes
- A strategic and agile leader, able to mentor and guide the team through change, setting clear priorities and expectations with all stakeholders
- High quality writing skills with the ability to coach others in effective written communication
