We are currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will develop and implement innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue across Brisbane Powerhouse's programs and festivals. This pivotal role oversees campaign delivery, brand management, media relations, digital marketing, and content creation. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our messaging is bold, consistent, and compelling, helping to position Brisbane Powerhouse as one of Australia's premier arts and cultural venues.

**About You**

You'll be a marketing professional with demonstrated success in creating and delivering effective campaigns that build strong audience engagement, ideally within the arts, entertainment, or venue sectors. You will bring expertise across digital marketing, brand management, media relations, and content development, paired with outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills. Your ability to lead a small team, manage competing priorities, and translate data insights into effective strategies will help you stand out.
