About the role

The Deputy International Terminal Manager is responsible for activities associated with the operation of the terminal and supporting the Terminal Operations management team in optimising passenger flow across the Terminals. This role is responsible for the 7 – 30-day horizon, providing additional support to the International Terminal Manager in their delivery of operations 30+ days.

The key deliverables in this role include stakeholder management, customer experience, assisting the Terminal Managers with identification of resource efficiencies and providing first level operational response as appropriate.

About you

With several years of relevant experience in airline or airport operations, you will have broad knowledge of terminal operations, operational systems and infrastructure.
